product/s. Orders will only be processed and shipped upon successful Name, address,
phone/cell number confirmation in case of cash on delivery (COD), or/and payment
confirmation in case of digital payment.

Shipping Policy
At www.azystyles.ae ("we,"

experience for our customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This Shipping
Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including shipping costs
including VAT and delivery time.
1. Shipping Zones
and Costs
1.1. We offer
shipping throughout the UAE, including the remote areas. For orders within the UAE cities, the following shipping
costs apply:
• Standard Shipping charges in accessible/cities areas: AED 14 (Free for orders above AED 200)
• Remote areas Shipping charges and time will be higher and time of delivery may be longer than standard shipping time in accessible/cities areas (Free for orders above AED 200)
• Express Shipping: Available for selected products and locations
indicated on the product page.
1.2. Shipping
costs are calculated based on the total order value (product price + applicable
taxes) and the selected shipping method.
2. Delivery Times
2.1. The
estimated delivery time for each product is specified on the respective product
page. Please note that these are approximate delivery times and may vary based
on product availability, location, and other factors.
2.2. Orders are
usually processed within the same day of purchase except for weekend/holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you can track and check the current status of
your order by clicking on track order. You may receive a confirmation email
with tracking details.
2.3. While we
make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be liable for any
delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions,
failure to contact at time of delivery or out reach address.
3. VAT Charges
3.1. As per UAE
regulations, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged on all eligible products and
other costs where applicable.
3.2. The applicable
VAT rate is currently VAT Rate 5% and is subject to change as per UAE laws.
4. VAT inclusion:
VAT charges are included in your order total
payment at the checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
5.1. You can track
the status of your order through the tracking information provided in the
shipping confirmation email or by clicking on Track Order on the top of the
home page of our website.
5.2. If you
encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer
support team, and we will be glad to assist you.
6. Shipping
Restrictions
6.1. Some
products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, or weight, or might
be due to inaccessible zone for the courier service we use for shipping. We
apology and have the right to cancel such orders even without contacting the
customer/s.
7. Undeliverable
or Returned Packages
7.1. In case of
an undeliverable package due to incorrect address or any other reason, we will
attempt to contact you via provided phone number or WhatsApp provided in time
of placing order, to resolve the issue.
7.2. If a digital
payment order package is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, a
refund will be issued for the product cost minus shipping charges and any
associated return fees.

Return and Refund
Policy
Kindly go through our return and refund policy and
understand it properly for various products in different categories:
General Return Policy:
All those products which are displayed on our promotional
page or on clearance sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they
are damaged or not as described.
Hygiene Linked
Products:
Some products like Lingerie and undergarment products
ordered are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
Beauty &
Cosmetics and gifts Products:
We do not accept returns for products listed under beauty
& cosmetics products. Unsealed, damaged, or used items won't be accepted
for return. Some products such as lipsticks, concealers and mascaras in beauty
& cosmetics, and fragile as well as gifts containing fresh flowers or
similar item cannot be returned under any condition.
Online Payments:
Payment discounts may apply to online payments please
contact our customer support to check if the product you purchase qualify for
online payments discount or not, but refunds will deduct any applied coupons or
discounts.
Understand the Return
Costs:
Return courier charges** apply if the product is not as
described or damaged upon delivery. Customers are responsible for return
charges in case of a product dislike or size change.
Discounts and
Coupons:
Products purchased on special coupons or under discounts are
subjected to deduction of that particular amount waived in either of the case
mentioned here during the purchase, when requested for return or refund.
**A fee of AED 10 to AED 20 will be charged for each return
pickup.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
after the verification of the customer and his details for release of the
refund amount. Products ordered under special sale and on promotion are not
eligible for return.
Product color or shade may slightly vary due to studio
lighting and photography.
Incorrect, missing or
damaged items:
Contact customer service within 7 days for incorrect,
damaged, or missing items. Upload the images of the damaged items product by
logging in to your account on our website under return and exchange option
given at the top of the main page, give details of the damaged product.
Non-Returnable
Products and charges:
Orders with missing packaging, lingerie, undergarments,
swimwear, beachwear, or makeup items cannot be returned.
Used or reconditioned products, as well as those with broken
or removed tags, are non-returnable.
How to initiate
return or refund?
Customers can create a return request via option given on
the main page of our website through their account. Contact customer service
for assistance if needed.
Note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable even if you received products
under free shipping option.
